Select a song, or press and hold Ctrl to select a range of different songs. Go to your computer and open the Web Player. You can edit Google Play Music album art from the Web Player really easily. In the menu, go to the Artwork section, and then upload the album art you just downloaded for that album. This time you’ll want to click the option that says Get Info. Next, back in iTunes, select Albums, and right-click the album that doesn’t have artwork.
To add album art manually, search the Web for “album name” followed by “album artwork.” Download the proper album artwork to your hard drive. If you don’t, you may need to add album art manually. Keep in mind that that above method only works if you have an Apple ID. Next, just right-click on one of your albums without any artwork and select the option that says Get album artwork. Open iTunes on your computer, and then in the left sidebar, select the Albums section.

Windows Media Player actually has a way that you can automatically add album art to the program. If you still run Windows Media Player regularly, and for some reason haven’t replaced it with iTunes, you add album art pretty easily in it. How do you do that if you don’t have access to the album art for those albums, though? That said, you might want to add album art to the albums that are missing it just to clean up your music library and make things look a little nicer. However, if you purchased music through a CD or downloaded music unethically, you likely don’t have any album art for those albums in any of your music applications and programs.
